As of the past 4 months 9 Days Down have been hit by some seriously unfortunate luck. But you'll be pleased to hear we're back!!!

Due to family commitments Bushman has parted ways with the band, we are all still good friends with him and appreciate that this was for the best both for him and the band.

As a band we felt it was in everyones best interests to keep the situation under wraps until a solution was formulated. We now have a new bass player in the form of Rex Brown look alike Joe Joskow. Joe has fitted in with the band perfectly and is a great player. Whilst training Joe up we decided we'd look for a 2nd guitarist who we found in the metal shredder Jed Sharpe. We found Jed ripping it up with his rock band "Kill Cartel", i was not hesitant to snap him up. He gave it so much life onstage i knew he was our man!!

So where now for 9DD? The new 5 piece outfit are hitting the studio to record a brand new E.P. to be released through Bitter To The Core Records. It will feature new songs "9 Lives", "Salvation Dies" & "Remember to Forget" as well as 1 more unamed track.

We are more than happy with the current line-up and are tighter as a band than ever. So keep em peeled.... We're back with a vengance!!!

Looks like all these years of workin our nuts off have paid off!!! Through the good graces of Cargo distribution and the hard work of Disclosure Records, our ALbum "A Sign of Things to Come" will be available from all big HMV and Virgin Megastores as well as all good CD Retailers. So all the people that couldn't buy from the net have no excuse now :)

We owe a huge thanks to the fans that have stood by us and supported us. You guys are why we do this. Also we'd like to say a huge thankyou to Jon & Rob at Transcend Media who have worked their arses off to get us to the right places and where we need to be.

Heya Guys, We have finally got a Street Team on the go!!! The Team is headed by 2 of our longest serving fans - the young temptress Donna Lee and the grand master of smooth Fox. They're both Wicked people and absolutely dedicated to 9DD (which is what we like to hear)

They are now lookin for equally fanatical metal heads to join their street team, just click any of the links above and you'll be put in the right direction. Donna Plans for days out in London for the street team... which i know will include booze, fighting, swearing and a whole load of fun. All in the aid of promoting the name of 9DD!! You'll be charged with giving out flyers and promo cd's to unsuspecting alternative people, and everyone gets their own "9DD Street team" shirt thats available only to the street team upon joining.

And lets face it... What else is there to do in school holidays?! EXACTLY!!

Grant & Sharky will appear next thursday on Curveballs Radio Show on phoenix fm. We'll be talking about and playing tracks from the album as well as convincing our host (the enigmatic Nick) to play some heavy metal!!

We're proud to finally announce that the album "A Sign Of Things To Come" is being released on July 14th through Disclosure Records. To celebrate such a momentous occasion we're launching it in our hometown of Romford in The bitter end (formerly the firkin) and draughting in our good mates PDHM, Via Negativa & Near Death Experiment to give the show the punch it needs.

And as an added bonus its absolutely free to get in... thats right FREE!!! It will also be the first time the album "A Sign Of Things To Come" is available to the public, so not only do you get you go out for free, and hang out with 4 amazing bands but you get first dibs on the album. :)

We're trying to get on the bloodstock bill this year so we can play with the likes of "in flames", "Testament", "Arch Enemy","Lacuna Coil", "Mendeed" & "Head On". Basically this is how it works, There are 3 sections (A, B, C) and the winner of each 3 sections play the "unsigned stage".....
